- Coordinate with hiring managers to proactively identify staffing needs with forecasting.

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and skilled networks)

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as per the role requirements.

- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organizational applicant Tracking system.

- Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.

- Facilitate employer branding initiatives from a Talent Acquisition perspective.

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Line of Business.

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
