Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for various business units. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating effective sourcing strategies.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and facilitating selection and offer management. The role also includes overseeing employer branding initiatives,



maintaining talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring process in line with company policies.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interview techniques and selection decision support.
- Experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s value proposition and attract diverse talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and use of applicant tracking systems or HR technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience with recruitment data, reporting, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced HR or recruiting certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services or large, matrixed organizations is preferred.
