We are hiring Client Partners, not just recruiters. You ultimately work as a partner with large clients to help them find your recommended best-fit employee. This is a unique way you help the economy to grow.

Responsibilities:

· Here, you engage with the client, interact and understand client requirements, and understand the key specifications from either HR or the hiring managers, with clarity.

· You map and source using your networking, searching, and referencing/ mapping skills.

· Interview the candidates on call both voice and video and find out fitment.

· Create assessment reports

· Engage with the candidates and clients and make the match happen.

· Guiding and mentoring team members when needed, participating in training programs

· Have 100% adaptation of the Recruitment Management Software

· Comply with the organization’s rules and regulations.

KRAs:

1. Meeting the service delivery targets in terms of response time, Quality, Budget Adherence etc

2. Meeting revenue targets
3. Compliance with processes and Systems

High scores in VOC (Voice of Customers)

Qualifications

Any Graduate or postgraduate with valuable academic results.
