Role Overview

As an Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources team and gain hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment and talent acquisition processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to understand how growing technology companies attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

You will actively contribute to recruitment initiatives while developing practical HR skills that will support your long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes based on job requirements




- Conduct initial candidate interactions and pre-screening activities
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interview logistics and communication
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Campus Hiring & Employer Branding

- Assist in planning and executing campus hiring initiatives
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement teams
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns

Candidate Communication

- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Share interview details, updates, and feedback
- Ensure a positive candidate experience

HR Operations Support

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Support HR documentation and administrative activities

Social Media & Recruitment Marketing

- Create and publish hiring-related content on social media platforms
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns
- Contribute ideas to improve employer branding efforts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM students specializing in Human Resources
- Final-year students and recent graduates may also be considered

Skills & Requirements





- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools

Preferred

- Previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or candidate sourcing activities
