Role & responsibilities

- Handles end to end IT and Non IT recrutiment with global hiring Experince is mandate.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding activities.
- Captive and Shared services preferred
- Ensures adherence to standardized recruitment processes, governance, and compliance.
- Works independently with minimal supervision while operating within established frameworks and service delivery expectation.
- Contributes to operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within TA delivery.
