Talent Acquisition Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel preferred.
- Recruitment experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
