Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our HR team in Pune. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, specialising in high-volume/bulk hiring and specialised talent sourcing for our customer support, technical, and operational processes. You will work closely with operations leadership to attract, screen, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with Transcoms growth and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation, and onboarding.
- Volume & Bulk Hiring: Execute large-scale sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets for frontline BPO/CX roles, technical agents, and specialized teams.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using diverse platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, campus placements, referral programs, and recruitment agencies.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate candidate communication skills, assess role fitment, and coordinate assessments and interview rounds with hiring managers.




- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders and line managers to understand staffing needs, refine role criteria, and streamline hiring timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring clear communication and positive brand representation.
- Data & KPI Tracking: Maintain accurate recruiter databases (ATS); track key performance metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Joining Ratio); and present regular recruitment updates to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment within a BPO, Call Center.
- Bulk Hiring Expertise: Strong background in volume hiring, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in candidate sourcing via job boards (Naukri, Monster, Foundit), LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media channels.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools: Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel for pipeline tracking.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
