Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment while also acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. The role involves talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, stakeholder management, and driving people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders and department heads.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support managers in performance management processes, goal setting, feedback discussions, and employee development plans.
- Partner with leadership to identify learning and development needs and support succession planning initiatives.




- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience in core IT hiring across technologies such as Data, Cloud, AI/ML, Software Development domains.
- Hands-on experience with Job portals, ATS platforms, and HRMS systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in HR reporting and metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong networking capabilities among candidates, recruiters, consultants, and industry professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
