Vedantu is one of Indias leading online learning platforms, committed to transforming education through technology. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team and support hiring across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Fluency in both Tamil and Telugu is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
- Experience in volume hiring, BPO, EdTech, sales, or customer support recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
