Role : 1. Works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of numbers.

- Hiring for Business consulting team (GCC - financial services hiring)
- Conducting and liaising interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
- Engaging stakeholder/business during the entire hiring journey .
- Ensuring compliance collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.

- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group What we need - PG + 3 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment (Non IT) - Predominantly who has experience in hiring for (Financial services GCC clients )
- Strong Stakeholder management skills .
- Go getter & should be able to work in a rapid paced environment .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
