Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Talent Acquisition Executive – Hospitality. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and lifestyle management positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for residential and corporate staffing roles.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, build role profiles, and maintain talent pipelines tailored to high-end hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews,



managing offer negotiations, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, candidate experience improvements, and recruitment process optimization to ensure timely hiring of high-caliber professionals who align with the company’s service ethos.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in hospitality or service-focused industries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and professional candidate engagement.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, with experience promoting the organization’s value proposition and enhancing candidate experience.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment skills, with the ability to source and recruit for technology or support roles related to hospitality operations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR in hospitality, luxury services, or related sectors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment with high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
