Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site rolefocused on identifying, attracting, and hiring strong talent across technology, design, marketing, product, and other business functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer-stage support.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong candidate pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, skills,



and hiring priorities.
- Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate technical, functional, and leadership interview rounds with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Create, post, update, and manage job listings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on open positions and pipeline progress.
- Support offer coordination, candidate follow-ups, and pre-joining communication.
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Pixster Studio’s presence among potential candidates.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and overall recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Recruitment, or Recruitment Coordination is preferred.
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High attention to detail when maintaining candidate information, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
- Understanding of technology and digital product roles, particularly engineering, product, design, and marketing positions, will be an advantage.
