Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated TA Executive with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source quality talent across diverse roles, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfil business requirements. Experience in an RPO environment is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple domains.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on role and client requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job needs, expectations, and timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Share regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports with stakeholders.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT and Non-IT hiring .

• Experience in an RPO environment is a plus.

- Robust sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
