Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Talend Data Integration / Talend Administration Center (TAC) setting.

Manage Talend projects, users, roles, permissions, repositories, environments, and configurations.

Deploy and manage Talend jobs across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Configure and monitor job schedules, execution plans, triggers, and dependencies.

Monitor Talend jobs and troubleshoot failed, delayed, or performance-related jobs.

Perform incident, problem, change, and root-cause analysis for Talend platform issues.

Manage Talend Runtime / JobServer components and troubleshoot connectivity and execution issues.

Support integrations with databases, APIs, file systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

Monitor system health, application logs, resource utilization, and platform availability.

Perform Talend platform upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and environment migrations.

Manage certificates, credentials, connections, and secure communication where required.

Implement backup and recovery procedures for Talend configurations and repositories.





Optimize Talend jobs and platform configurations for performance and reliability.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Application, Database, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

Prepare operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

Participate in on-call and production support activities as required.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in Talend Data Integration and Talend Administration Center (TAC).

Hands-on experience with Talend JobServer / Talend Runtime.

Experience in Talend job deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration processes.

Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

Strong SQL and database knowledge, preferably Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP, SFTP, FTP, and file-based integrations.

Knowledge of application/server logs and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with scripting such as Shell, PowerShell, or Python is desirable.

Knowledge of enterprise authentication and security concepts.

Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
