Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

- Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/register
- Step 2: Click to login
- Step 3: Click Recent user (Register with us)
- Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Required Skills 1) Overall work experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.





- Should have experience in dealing with managing timely hiring through sourcing strategy and rigor around maintaining the pipeline
- Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
- Should have a team of 15+ associates for a client

Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.

- Preferred experience of handling client escalations
- Preferred experience on Country regulations Must have skills Excellent Communication.

Experience in TA

Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.

Should have handled a team of 15+ associates for a client
