Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement continuous improvements in Talent Acquisition strategies, processes, and projects, aligned with business objectives and global TA practices.

Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment based on business requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements, drive selection processes, and provide recruitment metrics and insights.

Develop and drive the Campus Hiring Strategy in partnership with leading educational institutions to build a strong talent pipeline.

Manage relationships with Workable, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, recruitment consultants, and other hiring partners to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment delivery.

Drive data analytics, market mapping, and talent intelligence to identify market trends, understand talent availability, and provide actionable insights.

Conduct regular recruitment planning meetings with hiring managers and provide timely updates on hiring progress, challenges, and critical positions.

Lead, mentor, and manage a energetic recruitment team of 5–6 members, ensuring productivity, capability development, and achievement of hiring targets.

Promote Internal Job Postings (IJP)



and Employee Referral Programs to strengthen internal mobility and talent acquisition.

Define, monitor, and drive key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, diversity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Leverage technology, automation, and digital recruitment solutions to streamline processes and create a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

Identify opportunities to improve vendor management, sourcing efficiency, recruitment costs, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Requirements & Skills

12+ years of overall Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with strong exposure to lateral and volume hiring.

7+ years of experience in team management and leadership.

Candidates from a Manufacturing background will be preferred.

Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.

Proven experience in managing large-scale and diverse hiring mandates.

Excellent team handling, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and market insights for decision-making.

Exposure to recruitment technology, automation, job portals, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
