Key Responsibilities

- Workday recruitment module to release offer letters, changes to the offers etc and manage recruitment processes efficiently.

- Conduct recruitment audits to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal standards.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to external and internal regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and implement effective strategies.

- Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to help shape future recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment module

- Proven track record in managing recruitment audits and compliance.

- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
