About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about recruitment and can independently manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil or Telugu and have strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth closures.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Handle candidate queries regarding the recruitment process, compensation, joining timelines, and other relevant aspects.
- Negotiate offers and ensure candidates successfully join the organization.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and improve hiring turnaround time.





Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Fluency in Tamil or Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in EdTech / education / inside-sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Tamil-speaking TA Executive – preferably for Tamil-region hiring.
- Telugu-speaking TA Executive – preferably for Telangana / Andhra Pradesh hiring.
- Candidates who have handled high-volume hiring will be preferred.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners are preferred.
