Job Title System Support Engineer I Required Number 4 Qualification Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field Job Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity

Configure and troubleshoot audio/video equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, LED displays, and conferencing systems

Support live event audio/video operations and meeting room setups

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications

Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity

Perform preventive maintenance for IT and AV equipment

Maintain inventory and documentation of IT/AV assets

Ensure smooth operation of classrooms, conference halls, studios, or event venues Required Skills

Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting

Familiarity with audio/video systems and cabling

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly

Basic understanding of networking concepts





Willingness to learn and handle onsite technical support activities Preferred Qualifications Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field

Prior experience in AV support or desktop support is an added advantage Additional Requirements
