Job Title System Support Engineer I Required Number 4 Qualification Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field

Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity

- Configure and troubleshoot audio/video equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, LED displays, and conferencing systems

- Support live event audio/video operations and meeting room setups

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications

- Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity

- Perform preventive maintenance for IT and AV equipment

- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT/AV assets

- Ensure smooth operation of classrooms, conference halls, studios, or event venues Required Skills

- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting

- Familiarity with audio/video systems and cabling

- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly

- Basic understanding of networking concepts





- Willingness to learn and handle onsite technical support activities

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or related field

- Freshers with practical knowledge can also apply

- Prior experience in AV support or desktop support is an added advantage Additional Requirements

- Candidates must be willing to stay in the hostel

- Candidates should be disciplined, responsible, and available for emergency support if required
