- Support overall Systems Engineering Activities for diverse sectors including oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation and distribution planning.

- Support preparation and implementation of project-specific engineering process according to Systems Engineering approach defined in ISO15288.

- Support improvements to departmental policies and direct implementation of Systems Engineering procedures and controls covering all project activities.

- Support implementation of digitization initiatives related to Systems Engineering.

- Maintain reporting structures.

- Support overall systems engineering, implementation and execution of major EPC oil & gas and renewable projects.

- Prepare and submit scope definition/strategy documents, define workflows and specific procedures per client/project requirements.

- Support requirement mining and definition; conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders and follow up.

- Coordinate with functions and project management for systems engineering requirements.

- Train and educate project team on systems engineering processes.

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and third party consultants on Systems Engineering requirements.

- Set up requirement management tool with user-friendly interface.

- Ensure traceability is maintained in Systems Engineering implementation.

- Monitor project systems engineering deliverables progress, coordinate activities, optimize and fine-tune as needed.

- Respond to ad hoc project needs and questions from project management and related functions.

- Maintain and update requirement management tool database.

- Maintain and update systems engineering deliverables list and schedule.

- Support preparation of Systems engineering status reports for progress meetings.





- Ensure timely receipt of client approvals to avoid execution delays.

- Support bidding projects.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices per international best practices.

- Comply with safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and controls.

- Participate in training and safety initiatives.

- Report incidents, hazards and unsafe conditions promptly.

- Stop unsafe tasks as necessary and advise on health and safety hazards.

- Conduct regular work area inspections to identify and eliminate hazards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills.

- Experience in Relatics 5.0 or 6.0.

- Experience in configuration and setup of requirement management tool for EPC projects.

- Broad engineering knowledge in Marine, construction, and current technologies in EPC project execution.

- Familiarity with project management systems, international engineering codes and standards.

- Experience with risk management, change management, interface management, planning and cost control systems.

- Strong project/contract management, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

- Organizational and prioritization skills.

- Project management and planning skills.

- Proven ability to manage project teams in major project environments (EPC preferred).

- Fully trained and knowledgeable of Safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards.

- Experience in working with multinational and multicultural project teams strongly preferred.

- Experience in setting up Requirement Management software in EPC projects.

- Experience working with major TSOs like Tennet, Amprion, 50Hertz or similar.
