About the Role

We are seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate Varicent with 2 years of experience to support the implementation of Incentive Compensation Management ICM and Sales Planning solutions In this role you will work closely with senior team members to configure Varicent solutions support data processing and contribute to requirement documentation testing and delivery activities across the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

1 Implementation Configuration

Configure Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules based on provided designs

Develop calculations components workflows and compensation plans with defined business rules

Demonstrate ability to understand solution design and contribute to lowlevel design discussions

Work on ELTdata pipelines with guidance and support data processing tasks

2 Documentation Analysis

Create detailed user stories and requirement documentation post discussions

Develop functional design documents based on inputs from senior team members

Maintain structured documentation using MS Office tools Excel PowerPoint Word

3 Stakeholder Team Engagement

Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership in a global delivery setup

Participate in client calls and internal discussions

Capture detailed meeting notes action items and followups

4 Data Management Processing





Support data loading validation and reconciliation within Varicent

Work on data quality checks and identify discrepancies

Assist in troubleshooting data and calculationrelated issues

5 Testing Quality Assurance

Develop and execute test cases and validation scenarios

Perform thorough QC on deliverables before sharing with senior team members

Identify and resolve issues during unit testing and support SITUAT phases

6 Training Support

Assist in creating training materials and user documentation

Support knowledge transfer sessions and postgolive activities

Qualifications

2 years of experience working with Varicent

Strong foundational understanding of Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules

ELTdata pipelines and data processing concepts

Handson experience in configuration and implementation support

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams

Ability to work with guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to at least one endtoend Varicent implementation lifecycle

Basic understanding of incentive compensation concepts crediting payouts etc

Experience with data tools and reporting Excel Power BI etc

Varicent certification valuable to have
