Urgently looking out for System developer - Varicent ICM with one of my esteemed client for Pune, Bangalore, Delhi location.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Technology Solutions Associate (Varicent) with ~2 years of experience to support the implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to configure Varicent solutions, support data processing, and contribute to requirement documentation, testing, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Configuration

• Configure Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules based on provided designs
- Develop calculations, components, workflows, and compensation plans with defined business rules
- Demonstrate ability to understand solution design and contribute to low-level design discussions
- Work on ELT/data pipelines with guidance and support data processing tasks

1. Documentation & Analysis

• Create detailed user stories and requirement documentation post discussions
- Develop functional design documents based on inputs from senior team members
- Maintain structured documentation using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

1. Stakeholder & Team Engagement

• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership in a global delivery setup




- Participate in client calls and internal discussions
- Capture detailed meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups

1. Data Management & Processing

• Support data loading, validation, and reconciliation within Varicent
- Work on data quality checks and identify discrepancies
- Assist in troubleshooting data and calculation-related issues

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute test cases and validation scenarios
- Perform thorough QC on deliverables before sharing with senior team members
- Identify and resolve issues during unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases

1. Training & Support

• Assist in creating training materials and user documentation
- Support knowledge transfer sessions and post-go-live activities

Qualifications

- ~2 years of experience working with Varicent
- Strong foundational understanding of Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules
- ELT/data pipelines and data processing concepts
- Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams
