This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about hardware, troubleshooting, and providing efficient IT support. You will play a key role in maintaining our hardware systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing timely assistance to internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices.
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and hardware upgrades.
- Set up new user systems, configure accounts, and provide basic IT onboarding support.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, components, and accessories.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, repairs, or replacement of hardware.
- Document support activities, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
