Company Description:

Role Description:

As a SWE Intern at Produck, you will work closely with customers and the core engineering team to design, implement, and support product integrations and features. You will be responsible for building and maintaining back-end services, writing clean and reliable code, and contributing to technical solutions that help customers capture and act on user feedback.

Responsibilites:

Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product and design, debugging and troubleshooting customer issues, implementing APIs, and improving performance and reliability of existing systems.



You will also help translate customer needs into technical requirements and contribute to documentation and best practices. This is a remote internship role, offering flexibility while requiring strong communication and self-management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining web services or APIs.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), using at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating user needs into technical solutions.
- Comfort with work from home, including clear written communication, effective time management, and ownership of tasks.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and basic debugging practices; experience with cloud platforms or databases is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
