Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in iOS test automation using Swift and XCUITest, along with hands-on experience in Python-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, define testing strategies, and ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

The candidate should have extensive experience working with Xcode, XCUITest, CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI/GitHub Actions), and up-to-date software quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks for iOS applications.
- Develop and execute automated test cases using Swift and XCUITest.
- Build scalable and reusable automation solutions using Python.
- Define automation strategy, best practices, and quality standards across projects.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and other DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform API, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for resolution.




- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and automation testers.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills

Must Have

- 6+ years of Quality Assurance and Automation Testing experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Swift programming language.
- Expertise in Xcode and XCUITest framework.
- Solid experience in Python development and automation scripting.
- Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, including:

- CircleCI

- GitHub Actions
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS platforms.
- Knowledge of Appium or other mobile automation tools.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms.
- Performance and security testing exposure.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
