Roles and Responsibility

- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the swimming pool area.

- Operate and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems.

- Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure optimal conditions for swimmers.

- Monitor and control pool temperature, pH levels, and other parameters.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and replacing consumables.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Experience working with swimming pools, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

- Solid knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with pool equipment and software.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
