- Handle sales of surgical, medical, and healthcare products to customers and hospitals.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.

- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and repeat business.

- Maintain proper stock records and coordinate with the store/inventory team.

- Promote new products, offers, and company brands to customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve product or order-related issues promptly.
