Support fleet, transportation, and international logistics operations to ensure effective movement of goods, regulatory compliance, shipment visibility, and service level performance across logistics network.

Key Responsibilities-

- Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Track fuel consumption, identify anomalies, and prepare operational reports.
- Support driver and vehicle compliance activities, including licenses, permits, registrations, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate breakdown management and incident resolution with vendors and roadside assistance providers.
- Execute inbound transportation planning, carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery monitoring.
- Manage shipment exceptions including delays, shortages, damages, and missed milestones.
- Support outbound transportation activities including load planning, carrier coordination, and dispatch execution.
- Update transportation management systems and maintain shipment visibility.
- Assist with import documentation,



customs compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
- Prepare operational reports and provide logistics status updates to stakeholders.

Own end-to-end service delivery for fleet management, transportation operations, logistics compliance, and international trade support. Drive strategic transformation, operational excellence, cost optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead logistics service delivery covering fleet operations, inbound transportation, outbound transportation, and international trade support.
- Define operational strategy, governance frameworks, and performance standards for transportation services.
- Manage client relationships and provide executive-level visibility into logistics performance.
- Drive transportation optimization initiatives focused on cost reduction, service improvement, capacity utilization, and network efficiency.
- Establish and govern KPIs covering on-time delivery, transportation cost, carrier performance, compliance, and customer service.
- Oversee risk management, trade compliance, regulatory adherence, and business continuity planning.
- Sponsor automation, digitization, control tower, visibility, and transportation analytics initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
- Lead large-scale transformation and continuous improvement programs.
- Build organizational capability through talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
