What You'll Do:

- Own the full captain onboarding funnel — identify sourcing channels, build process flows, and drive conversion at every stage
- Map and evaluate different supply models to determine the right sourcing mix for each market
- Enable and coach ground-level team members and vendors to consistently hit supply conversion targets
- Maintain and improve manual operational workflows with accuracy and discipline
- Use data to track funnel health,



identify drop-offs, and make informed decisions on where to focus effort

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in supply onboarding, field operations, or a similar acquisition-focused role
- Strong understanding of on-ground sourcing dynamics — you know where captains are and how to reach them
- Process-oriented thinker who can build structured workflows from scratch and hold a team accountable to them
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Data-driven — can independently analyse funnel metrics and surface actionable insights without hand-holding

Skills:

- Proficient in Excel and SQL for self-serve analysis
- Proven ability to manage distributed field teams and third-party vendors
- Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi (location-dependent; strong preference for local language)
- Collaborative team player with a ground-first, ownership mindset
