Role Description The Supply Chain Specialist will manage end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of kitchenware products and smooth operations. This full time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and includes coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement schedules, and tracking shipments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock replenishment, and supporting demand planning to prevent shortages or overstock.

The specialist will collaborate with operations, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline order fulfillment, maintain accurate records, and improve supply chain efficiency. The role also includes identifying process improvements, preparing regular performance reports,



and supporting compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory and procurement decisions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Supply Chain Management to oversee sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Candidates should possess practical Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, manage reorder points, and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to support efficient warehousing, distribution, and process improvement initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or kitchenware sectors is an advantage, along with proficiency in ERP or inventory management software.
