About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Supply Chain, Packaging & QA Executive to manage our day-to-day supply chain, inventory movement, packaging procurement, and quality documentation.

This role will work closely with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, 3PL warehouses, and our retail/salon partners to ensure the right products are available at the right place and at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day coordination with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors and suppliers.
- Plan and track stock replenishment from manufacturing units to our central storage in Dehradun, 3PL warehouses, and salon/retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels across locations and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Coordinate procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials, including bottles, labels, cartons, etc.
- Maintain vendor relationships, quotations, purchase orders and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for inwarding, storage, dispatches and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of batch details, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), batch testing reports and other QA documentation.




- Coordinate with manufacturers and testing labs to ensure required quality and batch documentation is available before products are dispatched.
- Track product expiry, batch movement, damages and inventory discrepancies.
- Support new product launches by coordinating packaging, production, quality checks and inventory readiness.
- Maintain accurate supply-chain reports and provide regular updates on inventory and procurement status.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, FMCG, beauty/personal care, pharma, or a similar consumer business.
- Experience working with vendors, manufacturers and 3PL warehouses.
- Good understanding of inventory management, procurement and logistics.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining operational reports.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of QA documentation, batch testing and COAs is preferred.
- Someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.
