Casa Melhor is a fast-growing corporate stay management company redefining business accommodation by offering exclusive, luxury-managed residences dedicated to one company at a time—bridging the gap between budget hotels and premium business hotels.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about real estate, business development, property sourcing, negotiations, and operations to strengthen our Supply Team.

? Role: Supply – Real Estate & Business Operations

? Location

Mumbai & Bangalore

? Education

Graduate or above

? Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience

Experience in real estate, property consulting, brokerage, hospitality, corporate housing, sales, procurement, or business development will be an advantage.

? What will you do?

- Identify and source quality residential properties suitable for corporate stays.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners .
- Understand corporate accommodation requirements and source properties accordingly .
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and feasibility assessments .
- Shortlist properties based on location, pricing, configuration, quality, amenities, and corporate suitability .
- Negotiate rental commercials and commercial terms with property owners and partners.




- Coordinate property documentation, onboarding, and other pre-closure activities .
- Maintain an updated property supply pipeline and inventory database .
- Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Operations & Other cross functional teams to fulfil corporate requirements.
- Track market trends, rental prices, new developments, and competitive residential inventory .
- Explore new micro-markets and develop strong local supply networks .
- Support the team in improving supply availability, pricing, turnaround time, and property quality .
- Ensure that shortlisted properties meet Casa Melhor's standards for corporate clients and managed stays .
