Role Description The Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and warehouse activities for Nootie at The Pet Point locations. This role includes managing demand planning, inventory levels, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability across all categories, including pet food, accessories, and healthcare products. The manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

They will coordinate procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers,



and optimize logistics to improve cost efficiency and delivery timelines. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data to improve processes, collaborating with retail and grooming teams, and leading and training warehouse staff to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast needs, interpret data, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Supply Management and Procurement skills to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to control stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and process optimization in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, training, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills and be proficient with inventory or ERP software and basic MS Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are an advantage.
- Experience working with pet products, retail operations, or consumer goods is beneficial, along with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality and safety.
