SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 58 Years

Key Requirements:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Hands-on experience in handling at least 2 complete End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles, including Variable Pay.
- Robust functional knowledge of SF Compensation functionalities.
- Experience in designing and configuring Short-Term Incentive (STI), Long-Term Incentive (LTI), and Merit processes.
- Experience supporting Salaried, Union, and Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation Statements and BIZX reporting tools.
- Experience with ORD (Online Report Designer) and Reporting Analytics.
- Hands-on experience working with Launch Forms and Route Forms.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Compensation processes, configuration, and business requirements.
