- Requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Workflows, and conceptual mock-ups
- Product demos and internal training sessions
- SME-level expertise and customer support
- Collaboration with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to handle client queries and support issues.
- Reporting and tracking project metrics
- Preparing stakeholder reports and presentations
- Solid learning ability and adaptability
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and opportunities




- Research and analytical skills to track industry advancements and market trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
