Location: Mumbai – Andheri, Work from the office.

Work Environment: Mission-Critical UAT & Production

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert – IBM QRadar SIEM with strong hands-on expertise in SOC operations, SIEM/DAM, log parsing, API integrations, SOAR and cybersecurity incident response.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

QNI (QRadar Network Insights)

Incident Response & Threat Hunting

Python / Bash / PowerShell scripting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage SIEM/DAM platforms across DC & DR environments

Integrate and manage SIEM, SOAR, XDR, IDS/IPS, UEBA & Threat Intelligence platforms

Monitor trading platforms, APIs and gateways for security anomalies

Lead L3 incident triage, containment, eradication and recovery

Perform RCA and drive corrective/preventive actions

Develop and optimize QRadar dashboards, rules, analytics and reports

Drive SOAR automation and ML-based anomaly detection

Conduct threat hunting and proactive detection engineering

Build and maintain Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities

Support cyber drills and red/blue team exercises





Ensure forensic readiness and compliant log retention

Create SOC SOPs, playbooks and processes aligned with NIST, ISO 27001 & MITRE ATT&CK;

Support regulatory compliance including SEBI CSCRF, CERT-In, RBI, DPDPA, PCI DSS & ISO 27001

IDEAL CANDIDATE

7+ years of relevant cybersecurity/SOC experience

Strong hands-on experience with IBM QRadar SIEM & DAM

Experience in BFSI / financial markets / trading environments preferred

Strong understanding of threat intelligence and cyber defence

Experience handling L3 incidents and security investigations

Strong scripting and automation capabilities

Valuable understanding of cybersecurity compliance and regulatory requirements
