What This Role Is About

At CreatED, the Student Relationship Manager owns the student + parent experience end-to-end .

Core Responsibilities

1. Parent Communication

- Be the single point of contact for parents
- Share regular, structured progress updates
- Handle concerns, pushback, and escalations confidently

2. Student Accountability

- Ensure completion of:
- Homework
- Milestones
- Final outputs (projects/research/prototypes)
- Follow up consistently and prevent delays

3. Feedback & Media Capture

- Collect parent/student feedback regularly
- Capture testimonials, quotes, and success stories
- Coordinate photos/videos for website & social media

4. Progress Tracking

- Watch session recordings → convert into transparent progress reports
- Track promised vs actual outcomes

5. Quality Control

- Audit sessions to ensure mentors are delivering effectively
- Flag issues early and fix before escalation

6. Daily Operations

- Manage WhatsApp communication with parents/students
- Coordinate across technical program managers + mentors + internal team

7. Problem Solving

- Own issues end-to-end when things go wrong




- Resolve mentor mismatches, delays, dissatisfaction
