The Role

- Stay close to students throughout their journey, though the coaching team owns goal-setting and support for struggling students

Part 1: Track & Flag

- Track student progress against weekly/monthly targets and placement-guarantee conditions

- Spot early warning signs — students going quiet, falling behind, missing check-ins

- Flag at-risk students to the coaching team early, with context

- Hand off issues cleanly — not responsible for solving them

Part 2: Interview & Share Success Stories

- Interview students when they hit milestones — certifications, job offers, big wins

- Turn those conversations into testimonials, written reviews, and interview content





- Coordinate student reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and similar platforms

- Build light, ongoing rapport with students so they're comfortable opening up

This Role Is NOT

- A coaching role — no goal-setting or recovery conversations with struggling students
- A desk-bound writing role — most of the work happens in real conversations

What We're Looking For

- Experience tracking a group of people (clients, students, customers) against targets over time

- Background in coaching, edtech, or a service business with a completion/outcome guarantee

- Comfortable following conversations about tech careers — even without a technical background

- Strong communication skills — able to draw real stories out of people who are shy, private, or busy

- Experience using a CRM or tracking tool to log progress
