Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural Draftsman with 1-2 years of experience in structural drafting and detailing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordinating with design engineers to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable Indian Standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural drawings, including:

- Shuttering/Formwork plans

- General Arrangement (GA) drawings
- Sections and detailed structural drawings
- Reinforcement detailing and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Develop and modify drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately and ensure proper coordination between disciplines.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing in accordance with relevant Indian Standards (IS Codes).
- Ensure timely completion of drafting activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.




- Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams for design updates and drawing revisions.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation as per project requirements.
- Support project execution teams with structural drafting-related clarifications.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
- Good understanding of RCC and structural detailing concepts.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and structural drafting standards.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian Standards and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience in structural drafting and detailing.
