Role & responsibilities

Support development and execution of business and corporate strategy.

Conduct real estate market, competitor, and industry analysis.

Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and management presentations.

Analyse project performance, sales, revenue, margins, and key business metrics.

Support new business opportunities, market expansion, and strategic projects.

Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, Marketing, and other functions for strategic initiatives.

Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.

Track strategic initiatives, timelines, KPIs, and action points.

Assist senior management in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 25 years in Strategy, Business Planning, Consulting, Real Estate, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Positive understanding of real estate/business fundamentals.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

MBA in Strategy / Finance / Business Analytics preferred.
