Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all in-store operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Drive outstanding customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty through exceptional service.
- Ensure an elevated in-store experience with effective visual merchandising, displays, and well-groomed staff in line with brand guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques,



and brand experience.
- Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure zero discrepancies in store inventory.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in alignment with brand standards and ensure service recovery.
- Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand promotions and initiatives effectively.

Experience

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retail brand.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
