Role Description The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the site store in Barkagaon, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. This full-time, on-site role includes maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.

The Store

Manager will implement and enforce store procedures, maintain documentation and compliance records, and support audits. The role also involves supervising store staff, promoting safe material handling practices,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust inventory management and store operations skills, including stock tracking, material handling, and documentation control.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic data entry and use of inventory or ERP software to manage records and generate reports.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with procurement, maintenance, and project teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices related to storage and handling of industrial materials.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or Store Incharge in mining, infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Barkagaon and adapt to a project-driven environment is required.
