Role Description: The Store Manager/Department Manager role with India's Most Trusted Fashion Chain is a full-time, on-site position based in multiple locations stated above. An Ideal candidate must have:

- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-brand apparel format.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and KRAs in a big store operations workplace.
- Proven Ability to manage a floor team of 15 or above.
- Career-oriented, looking for long-term growth in retail leadership.

The Store manager/department manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining visual merchandising standards,



and driving sales performance.

The Store

Manager monitors loss prevention measures, manages cash handling processes, and ensures compliance with company policies. The position also involves coaching and developing store team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and professional Communication skills for working with customers, teams, and leadership.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and operational coordination.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrink, enforcing security procedures, and promoting compliance.
- Experience in retail or related sectors, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement actions to improve store performance.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with retail software is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Formal education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
