Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Material Management

* Manage inventory of CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control systems, biometric devices, video door phones, gate automation systems, networking equipment, cables, fiber accessories, racks, power supplies, UPS, SMPS, and related accessories.

- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain minimum and reorder stock levels for critical project materials.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.

Store Operations

* Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Verify all inward and outward material with Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Gate Passes.
- Generate Material Issue Slips (MIS), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock transfer notes, and return entries.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper bin locations and systematic storage for easy identification.

Project & Service Coordination

* Coordinate with Project Managers and Service Engineers for material planning and dispatch.
- Arrange complete project kits as per BOQ before site execution.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites and service locations.
- Track materials issued to engineers and technicians and ensure timely return of unused materials.
- Monitor project-wise material consumption and variances.

Vendor & Purchase Coordination

* Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of required materials.
- Verify quantities and quality of received materials against purchase documents.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, or damaged materials immediately.

Documentation & Reporting





* Maintain GRNs, invoices, warranty records, serial numbers, IMEI/MAC details (where applicable), and project-wise inventory records.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Stock Reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits.

Asset & Tool Management

* Maintain records of installation tools, testing equipment, ladders, splicing machines, fusion equipment, laptops, and company assets.
- Issue and receive tools from technicians through proper documentation.
- Track tool maintenance, calibration, and replacement requirements.

Compliance & Safety

* Ensure safe storage of sensitive electronic equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and ESD-safe handling practices where applicable.
- Follow company inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
