Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Siliguri.

The Store

Manager leads day-to-day store operations, including supervising team members, managing scheduling, and ensuring the store is well-presented and fully stocked. The role oversees sales performance, drives customer engagement, and ensures each visitor receives professional, personalized guidance on Apple products and services.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Manager also collaborates with senior leadership to execute promotional activities, training initiatives, and process improvements that support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including team leadership, operations oversight, and basic inventory control.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver consistent, high-quality in-store experiences.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills for interactions with customers, team members, and management.
- Candidates should possess awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.
- Relevant retail or consumer electronics experience, preferably with premium or technology brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Comfort with Apple products, macOS, iOS, and related software; prior Apple ecosystem knowledge is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in retail management, business, or a related field.
