- Job Title: Store Manager
- Location: KANDIVALI - Mumbai
- Educational Qualification -Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- Certification in Material Management or Store Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience- 5 – 8 years
- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / STP / WTP / EPC / Industrial Projects

Store Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day store activities including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintain systematic arrangement of materials for easy identification and tracking.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Gather the requirement from site from time to time and fulfill with in time frame.

Inventory & Stock Control

- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare stock statements and inventory reconciliation reports.

Material Handling & Documentation

- Verify material quantity and quality during receipt as per purchase orders and challans.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and material transfer records.
- Maintain records of material consumption and balance stock.
- Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions.





Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, vendors, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
- Follow up for pending deliveries and material shortages.

Reporting

- Update inventory data and maintain MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
- Track material utilization and support cost control activities.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices within the store area.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory procedures.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Experience in handling construction, mechanical, electrical, or project materials.
- Familiarity inventory tracking.
- Good understanding of material documentation and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in EPC, STP/WTP, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred.
- Ability to independently manage project/site stores.
- Ready to work at project sites or warehouse locations in Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
