About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store / Warehouse Manager to manage our warehouse and store operations for electronic and sensor-based sanitary products. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material movement, stock accuracy, storage, dispatch, inward/outward processes, and overall warehouse discipline.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling electronic components, finished goods, sanitary products, spare parts, packaging materials, and other industrial inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Handle material inward, outward, receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, electronic components, sanitary products, finished goods, spare parts and consumables.
- Ensure proper GRN, material issue, stock transfer, delivery challan and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory and ensure minimum stock variance.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum inventory levels and reorder requirements.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, labelling and systematic storage of materials.
- Implement proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts and Dispatch teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production and customer dispatches.




- Manage loading, unloading, packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic and sensitive components to prevent damage.
- Monitor damaged, rejected, obsolete and slow-moving inventory and maintain proper records.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety and discipline within the warehouse/store.
- Supervise store/warehouse staff, allocate duties and monitor daily performance.
- Train team members on proper material handling, documentation and warehouse procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare regular MIS reports related to stock, inward/outward movement, inventory ageing and discrepancies.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective action in coordination with management.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all store transactions are updated in the ERP/software system.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain,



Operations, Commerce or a related field.
- 58 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
- Experience in Electronics, Electrical, Sanitary, Manufacturing or Engineering industries will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Valuable team-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple warehouse activities.
- Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
