Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused environment. This includes supervising staff, managing schedules, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Manager will drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues, guiding the sales team, and ensuring service quality.

Responsibilities also include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention practices, handling cash and reporting, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves close collaboration with regional leadership to achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with management, and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory control, and day-to-day operational oversight.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to minimize shrinkage, ensure compliance with security procedures, and safeguard store assets.
- Relevant experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, set targets, and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accountability and integrity.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and MS Office tools; familiarity with retail ERP systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
