We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials and stock while ensuring proper inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, goods, and supplies.
- Verify quantities and items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Properly store and organize materials to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
- Prepare GRN, material issue notes, stock reports, and other store-related documents.
- Coordinate with purchasing,



accounts, production, and other departments as required.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Requirements
- Diploma / Plus Two / Degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in store keeping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work systematically.
- Physically fit and willing to handle store/warehouse activities.
